Working 8
hours a day in the office
Is it your
case?
Are you
stressed from paper work, endless meetings,
telephone calls and never satisfied clients? Feeling tired after a full
day of mental work out?
Imagine how
your back and legs feel at the end of your working shift? And your heart, how
does it feel? Poor organ, full of adrenaline from normal work stress…
The answer crying
in our minds: resting at my couch and
watch TV will save my day! Ready to hear another solution? What about go to a GYM and work out for half an hour, 3
times a week?
What? Would
you feel more tired? The simple answer is – NO! You will feel BETTER! Many years
of research with millions of “office workers” proved us that exercising will
give a better quality of life, better health, and better sex life plus will increase
some years in your life!
Just half
an hour of “honest sweating” can do wonders…
With
science to help, we know today that exercising should be part of our lives not
as an extra activity but to improve health.
A factor
never commented in research is laziness. Breaking old habits is well known as
the factor that makes people run away from Gyms!
Think about
it: your body is the same project as the cave era man! Full of muscle, joints
everywhere and hormones ready to make you run or attack in case of emergency. If
you don’t use this amazing “moving machine” it will collapse one day.
·
Fat
supposed to feed your muscle for day-to-day activities are not being used, in
this case, it will accumulate in some regions of your body (genetically
projected);
·
Heart
- designed to be used in running if necessary - not used might get slower and
weak;
·
Muscle
not used might be get so poor of power they cannot manage their primary
function: protect bones and joints. Results of poor muscle? Disc problem, neck
pain, knee problems or falling and get broken bones easily.
In 100
years we tend to look like Captain MacCread, from Wall-E cartoon…
·
Shorter
legs
·
Shorter
arms
·
Bigger
stomach
·
No
neck!
Start
breaking the non-activity habit by going one day per week to a gym. You will
observe the difference in the second time you go there. Give yourself a chance.
Only you can make your life better!
