How to manage a career.

Steps we should use to guide us WOMEN on our daily tasks.

1. Being afraid of rejection stops us of asking, so DON'T BE.
2. If you don't speak out your ideas, nobody will notice you.
3. Be clear on your speeches.
4. Don't feel shy to show of a little bit.
5. Don't expect to do friends. We cannot  please every one.
6. Accept the uncertainty.
7. Take risks.
8. Pretend you know. Even without knowing everything we have to move forward.
9. Divide big tasks in small ones.
10. Keep calm. Nervous and stressed you will solve NOTHING.
11. Follow the leader. DO what he/she asks you to do without judging it is bellow your position.
12. Don't take a responsibility without authority.
13. Sit on the desk, close to the authority.
14.Smile. Men tend to think women are too serious and focused to have sense of humour.

MEN CAN, WE CANNOT!
A. They can cry, we cannot.
B. They can have an affair, we cannot.
C. They can be nervous, we cannot.
D. They can shout, we cannot.
E. They can have bad manners, we cannot.
F. They can be ugly, we cannot.
